Step 1 — Prepare the Eggs

- Divide the cottage cheese between two bowls. Arrange the tomatoes, cucumbers, roasted peppers, and eggs around the cottage cheese.

- Sprinkle the bowls with fresh dill, parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Step 5 — Finish and Serve
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and serve immediately. Add optional toppings like ajvar, olives, avocado, or toasted bread for extra flavor and texture.
