  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup granola
  • Fresh mint leaves

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the Bulgarian yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and chia seeds until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide the yogurt mixture between serving bowls.
  3. Arrange strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and granola over the top.
  4. Drizzle lightly with additional honey.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately while cold and fresh.
