Method
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Peel the banana and add it to the blender.
- Pour in the milk and add the honey, vanilla extract, and chia seeds if using.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend for 30–60 seconds or until completely smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes
- Use frozen banana for an even thicker smoothie.
- Very ripe bananas provide the best natural sweetness.
- Almond milk, oat milk, and coconut milk all work well in this recipe.
- Add protein powder or Greek yogurt for a more filling breakfast smoothie.
