Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana (sliced)
  • 1 avocado (peel and remove stone)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ΒΌ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 6-8 ice cubes

  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. In a food processor blend avocado, banana, and honey until smooth.
  2. Then add the milk, vanilla, and ice cubes and blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

For a better taste use a ripen banana, otherwise, you can use honey to adjust the taste.
