Ingredients
  

For The Whipped Feta
  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Black pepper to taste

For The Balkan Dip Board

  • 1/3 cup ajvar
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Persian cucumbers sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup pickled peppers
  • Fresh dill
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
  • Chili flakes
  • Olive oil drizzle
  • Warm pita bread
  • Toasted sourdough slices
  • Crackers

Method
 

Step 1: Make The Whipped Feta
  1. Add feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, creamy, and fluffy.
  3. Scrape the sides as needed.
Step 2: Prepare The Board
  1. Spread the whipped feta onto a large serving board or shallow platter.
  2. Use the back of a spoon to create decorative swirls.
Step 3: Add The Toppings
  1. Top the whipped feta with ajvar, roasted peppers, crushed walnuts, herbs, chili flakes, and olive oil.
  2. Arrange tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, peppers, breads, and crackers around the dip.
Step 4: Serve
  1. Serve immediately with warm bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
