Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Add the milk to a blender.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and banana.
  3. Add the blueberries and chia seeds if using.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and add honey if additional sweetness is desired.
  6. Blend again for a few seconds.
  7. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Frozen blueberries create a thicker and colder smoothie.
  • A frozen banana will make the smoothie extra creamy.
  • Adjust the amount of milk to reach your preferred consistency.
