This healthy Green Tea and Blueberry smoothie is super easy to make and it doesn’t cost much. According to a study green tea is one of the healthiest beverages. It is considered to be an “anti-aging beverage.

The blueberries from the other side are considered as one of the top superfoods. Blueberries are rich in vitamin C, potassium and fiber and can help slow signs of aging and lower blood pressure.

Green Tea and Blueberry Smoothie

This blueberry powered smoothie is full of antioxidants and it will keep you satisfied until your next meal.

  • KitchenAid® K400 Blender


  • 1 green tea bag
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup medium banana
  • ¾ cup calcium-fortified light vanilla soy milk


  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender until desired consistency.
  • You can add more water or milk.
  • Enjoy!


You can swap the water with milk and use almond, coconut milk for another milk alternative.
