Ingredients
  

  • 1 green tea bag
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup medium banana
  • ¾ cup calcium-fortified light vanilla soy milk

Equipment

  • KitchenAid® K400 Blender

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until desired consistency.
  2. You can add more water or milk.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

You can swap the water with milk and use almond, coconut milk for another milk alternative.
