Ingredients
- 1 green tea bag
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup medium banana
- ¾ cup calcium-fortified light vanilla soy milk
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until desired consistency.
- You can add more water or milk.
